Our initial consultation is highly comprehensive and includes discussing fitness and health goals, performing a 7 point movement screening and a baseline fitness protocol based on individual goals.
The certifications our coaches currently carry are everything from StrongFirst, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialists, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, ACE and USAW Weightlifting Certification.
