Improving your mobility is the ultimate investment in yourself.

What does the training look like?

  • Diaphragmatic Breathwork: Improving the intrinsic strength and stability of the core/pelvis to reduce stress to extremities

  • Joint Mobility: Enhancing the ability of joints to move freely

  • Strength at End Range: Building strength at the end ranges of motion to increase stability, improve control and reduce injury risk

  • Nervous System State: Engage in practices so that you are no longer in fight or flight mode and reduce overall stress

  • Connection to Your Body: Developing a practice that allows you to reset the body and reframe your mind.

Ever look at your day and think “I hardly got up out of my chair”?

You’re not the only one. Over two-thirds of our population has sought out medical treatment for something that came from a sedentary lifestyle and that even includes someone that is considered highly active (performing 30+ minutes of exercise each day). You see, sedentary doesn’t just involve doing nothing but rather prolonged periods of sitting.

But let’s focus on the fact that you are here because you are already experiencing a looming problem or pain. It is possible that you have already sought out intervention such as a chiropractor, PT, Massage Therapist or Ortho. All of those practitioners can give great advice and help alleviate pain but one thing will remain: your mobility.

What can you do about this ?

The first step is learning about how the body is meant to move. After a general assessment, you will be given what I call “the basics of movement” in order to restore lost movement patterns and address imbalances of the body.

Then, we will get more specific. Commonly, you feel pain in one place in the body but the culprit is elsewhere. Think of a constant drip from your faucet but the real problem is from behind the wall where there is a faulty cartridge. Once we expose where the problem originates, we will give you tools aka corrective strategies to fix the problem.

When should I get started?

I am ready when you are!

Important to note: You must be cleared by a doctor before working with the program (for example, if you had a hip replacement, you must complete the 6 weeks of physical therapy first as this is not a physical therapy program).

All sessions with me are 100% mobility-related training. It is only the Full Monthly Package that includes custom workouts for those that are looking for aesthetic improvements (weight loss, strength gains, improved performance). Please note that you may need to purchase equipment for the sessions as they are all virtual. I will supply the links to the proper equipment but it will cost no more than $100.
