Mobility WOD is a high energy mobility class taught by some of the most passionate movement coaches around! Mobility WOD is a mobility-based course that focuses on a variety of mobility techniques including: breath, massage techniques, locomotive movements and isolated stretches with end range strength. This class has a THEME based on the sequence of the day!

Mobility Prep is all about preparing for class! Whether you are about to take a CrossFit, Endurance or Strength-based class, this will get you mobile and ready to go! We focus on breath, isolated stretches and then finish with locomotive patterns to have athletes feeling fluid, efficient and hype!
