Prior to participation in a group class, it is recommended that the potential athlete connect with our coaches to discuss their goals and to assure the class is designed with all participants in mind.
Youth Adaptive Athletics
This class is designed specifically for youth athletes ages 8-15. Working in small groups, athletes will be provided a full body fitness program, along with opportunity for social engagement and a ton of FUN!
This class is suitable for a wide range of youth athletes, including those with diagnoses of developmental disabilities such as autism and/or cerebral palsy, as well as Down syndrome and other physical and/or cognitive considerations.
Adult Adaptive Athletics
We are open to all clients with any special needs! Our team includes 4 top tier trainers that specialize in fitness for handicap and developmentally disabled populations. The current clients we serve have disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, various handicaps, and CVA patients.
We currently do not provide any group classes for our adaptive adult clients because we find that the best approach is one on one training. If you or someone you love have adaptive needs, scroll down on this page to fill out our contact form under "Book a Free Consultation" and one of our specialized Adaptive Coaches will reach out to you!
