This class focuses on the aerobic capacity of fitness. The endurance WOD will always involve a longer MetCon that excludes barbell work and high level gymnastics.
This is a great supplement to CrossFit as it enhances the oxidative energy system which transfers over to improve your WOD performance!!
*beginner and intermediate*
Endurance Boxing is fun and laid back as Coach Dana always brings the sarcastic jokes and the comforting energy needed for beginner-level boxing athletes! You can expect to be reactive in this class as it is all about the brain to body connection!
This class includes cardiovascular endurance, agility and boxing with mitts and the boxing bag!
