Barbell Class

In a fun and laid back environment, this class focuses on the technique of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Our Barbell Coach Ryan Cox is known for his attention to detail and exceptional program design. If you come to Ryan’s Barbell Class, you can expect three parts to the program: (1) isolate and drill one portion (or pull) of the lift, (2) increase strength in the lift and (3) perform accessory work for the lift of the day.
